What if someone doesn’t have time, but has to promptly find new job, adjust to new environments and become an integral part of a new company and society? It is quite overwhelming, but with a right support it can turn to a quantum leap.
Many companies hire Ukrainian professionals. Ukrainians are famous for their intelligence, experience, hard work and warm human approach. Dutch are famous for their communication talent, collaboration, straightforwardness and ability to reach results.

quickly integrate into Dutch work environment
This program helps Ukrainian high skilled refugees who suddenly moved to a new country to quickly integrate into Dutch work environment, learn and adapt to a new culture.
Being half Dutch half Ukrainian I understand like no one else both cultures and habits. As a coach I build a bridge of understanding, tune communication up, create support for your Ukrainian employers and increase their engagement in your company.
As the result the participants will:
- Learn new culture.
- Adapt to a new suddenly changed reality.
- Be themselves and integral part of a new work group.

Optional – meeting with the engaged personnel of your company to learn Ukrainian background better.
The program includes 4 parts:
- Dutch business and life culture, habits, important know how’s on the work floor
- Communication – how to improve communication in intercultural environment
- Crisis psychology to help quickly adapt to the situation in Ukraine
- Engagement and contribution – how to become an integral part of a new team
At the end of the program there is a possibility to subscribe Ukrainian employees to join a monthly support group (biweekly group coaching for Ukrainian professionals working in The Netherlands).
